    The location was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

    The Air conditioning did not work 2 out of 6 nights. One day running water was not available for 5 hours. The tv was not at all good. The bed was lumpy and uncfortable. The food was terrible. Do not waste money on the half board. The dinner offering was not edible.

    The hotel was clean, quiet and staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, spa next door and a selection of places to eat and drink. Great value for money.

    The only negative thing I can think of is that the beds were a little hard!

    The location is perfect for either the beach or for going into Ibiza Town. I will definately stay there when I re-visit Ibiza next year.

    We have beeen here in the begining of May 2012, the hotel is good price- quality! Just some rooms are quite old at the 3d floor, the personnel is very kind and pleasant! Most of clubs are closed in the begining of May, only Pacha is opened, but it is not such funny as in summer. In total, the hotel is good, location is good and Ibiza is very nice!

    Breakfast is not good at all, diner was in another hotel?! And as worse as the breakfast.

    it is excellent hotel if you want to have the sea in 5 minutes walking, very friendship atmosphere and amazing night life. Pacha club in 20 minutes walking, Space - 10 minutes by bus witch goes every until 6 a.m. This hotel also have very and very tasty dinners and breakfasts.

    Stuff is really friendly and cool specially (Latif), always ready to help. Location is very good! Easy to reach to any place from bus. (bus stop is near hotel) Recommending!

    Very,Very good value for money,we booked room only,so we can,t comment about the food,we would certainty stay there again.loved it!!!!.MAKE Sure you stay at the front of the hotel,at least 5th or 6th floor for any sort of decent view.

    No hot water for one day,not the end of the world,but a bit inconvenient,also very important,if you plan to tip the room maid,make sure you give it to her yourself the day before you leave,The reason for this, is that the "old vulture maid" hovers around the lift area /reception when you check out and asks for your room number!!! You can work out what happens next!!!
